Pressing the [STOP] key will stop playing of the song, while if [PAUSE] is pressed the playback
is interrupted and the display will show:
5.1.1 ERROR MESSAGES
MAX TRACK NO. EXCEEDED ERROR
When type 1 Midifiles are used, if the song contains more than 16 tracks it cannot be performed
and the display will show the message:
Press [ESC] to return to song selection.
NO STANDARD MIDI FILE ERROR
If the file selected for loading does not belong to the MIDI File Standard coding or is unusable
for any reason (e.g. part of the disk damaged) the following message will be displayed:

where you can see the message
Paused...
indicating that the song being played has
been interrupted. When the [PLAY] or [PAUSE] button is pressed, the playback will restart
from the point where it was interrupted.
