Theft protection
Regarding: L60F, L70F, L90F
The purpose of the function is to prevent theft of the machine. The
function is activated with VCADS Pro.
When the anti-theft device is activated, a correct four-digit code
must be entered via the keyboard and the "SELECT" button
pressed before the engine can be started, the parking brake
released and a directional gear selected.
Selection and change of anti-theft code is done with the VCADS
Pro parameter ABQ. The code is stored in control units I-ECU and
V-ECU.
NOTE! When a starting attempt is made while the anti-theft device
is activated, the starter motor can crank the engine, but the engine
will not start.
The engine can be restarted without having to enter the code
within the delay time (VCADS Pro parameter FXZ).
