The three intervals are:
-- Interval 1: Reminder after sitting for 55 minutes
-- Interval 2: Reminder after sitting for 50 minutes
-- Interval 3: Reminder after sitting for 45 minutes
The selected standard interval issues a reminder after 55 minutes,
meaning that the LED glows with the weakest intensity or only one
bar on the light strip glows in white. You can easily switch between
the intervals by pressing the “bell” button. If the LED or light strip
does not glow then the reminder function is deactivated.
You can use the Desk Control App to customize the three intervals
with your own user-defined values.
- Reset reminder
Pressing the “bell” symbol for eight seconds resets the reminder
function to the default values. Depending on the model, the LED glows
red or the display shows a countdown and the strip flashes to show
when the operation is completed.
- LED reminder
The status of the desk user is indicated by the LED in the bottom left
corner or by the light strip.
The status depends on the selected reminder interval. If the user
changes position within a reasonable period in accordance with the
interval then the LED or light strip slowly flashes green. If the sitting
interval expires then the slow green flashing signal changes to a fast
flashing green for a minute and then to a permanent orange – this is
an indication to the user that it is time to move the desk upwards
and stand up.
When the desk is at standing height, the LED or light strip flashes
green until the user has a possible break. If the desk is moved back
down to the sitting position again, the LED flashes green until the
reminder function becomes deactivated again.
After four hours without any action, the LED or light strip switches
o. When the handswitch is pressed, the green light comes on again.
