5.4 Troubleshooting customer / VS Customer Service
Caution! The drive elements may only be replaced by the VS Cus-
tomer Service (VS-KD)!
When contacting the VS Customer Service, please have the model number
and serial number of the desk ready. You can find these on a nameplate
located on the underside of the desk top [Figure 4].
