6.3.1 Operating in the forward and reverse direction
1. Set the throttle lever to the full throttle position.
2. To turn the vibration on, pull the vibration on/off switch.
3. To determine the direction of travel, lightly press the guide handle forwards
or pull it backwards.
Note:
When you let go of the guide handle, the machine will automatically move for-
wards.
6.3.2 Varying the advance and reverse travel continuously
f Press the slow/fast operation button upwards to increase the speed.
f Press the slow/fast operation button downwards to reduce the speed.
The maximum speed has been set when the vibration control lamp is lit.
The speed is less than the maximum speed when the vibration control lamp is
flashing.
Note:
To switch from maximum to minimum speed (or vice versa), press and hold the
slow/fast operation button for approx. 2 to 3 s.
