The following options are available from the Wacom Desktop Center:
• Updates. Shows available updates for the driver or Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) for the Cintiq
Companion. If either of these updates are available, select the update and then follow the prompts to
install it. Release notes are provided with the updates.

• Handedness. Choose the option for left-handed or right-handed use.

OUCH SETTINGS.

OUCH ON/OFF. Select the radio button for turning Cintiq touch on or off.
• Touch Settings. Select settings for touch input, gesture settings, and on-screen controls.
• Pen & button settings. Access the Control Panel settings for the following features:

•EXPRESSKEYS and ROCKER RING. See Using the ExpressKeys, Rocker Ring, and Windows

• Calibration. Align the pen with the screen cursor. See Calibrating the Cintiq

• Backup & Restore Settings. Displays the Tablet Preference File Utility on Windows. Click the button
for the function you want to perform. See Managing preferences

ELP & SUPPORT.
• Social media and forums. Access additional websites, including Facebook and Twitter, that will help
you learn more about your Cintiq.
• User manuals. Access the User’s Manual, and the Important Product Information document, which
provides product specifications, warranty terms, and related information.

UTORIALS. View instructional videos that will help you to begin using your Cintiq, and learn about
how to work with it. You will need a network connection to access the videos.

UPPORT. Access the Wacom Support site for your region.
• Registration. Register your Cintiq on the Wacom product registration site.
• Battery Status. Shows battery status in the upper right corner. If a battery notification shows a low
charge, connect the Cintiq to a power source.
