12. Adjust CURRENT HOLD control until METER reads 500 pA.
13. Set METER SELECT to V

14. Verify that meter reads 5  1 mV (corresponding to the holding potential required to
pass a 500 pA current through a 10 M resister).
15. Return amplifier to initial settings.
