Replacing the brake pads
V-brake
1. Unscrew the pads using a 5mm hex wrench.
2. Place the new pads on the caliper, in the correct direction.
3. Tighten the pads to the correct adjustment (see the previous
chapter).
3. Wear of the wheel rims
Like any part subject to wear, the wheel rim should be checked
regularly. The wheel rim can weaken and break, causing you to lose
control and fall.
WARNING: it is very important to check the wear of the
wheel rims. A damaged wheel rim can be very dangerous
and must be replaced.
