      Fan standby indicates that blower operation from the TECC card or cabin controller is impossible because the discharge temperature is higher than the set point on cooling or lower on heating. To resolve this, run the compressor/unit for a certain time to reach the required discharge temperature. The blower fan will start, and the blinking error code bA11 will disappear automatically.

      Inaccurate temperature readings for room/ambient temperature, water temperature (premium), or evaporator temperature (classic) can occur if the temperature sensor is not installed in the correct position, if there is interference from the environment, or if there is a read-out deviation. Check for interference from direct sunlight or heat radiation from components near the sensor. Calibrate the sensor or replace the defective sensor.

      When additional relays are used to operate pumps, a small leaking current from the printboard may operate the relay continuously. To resolve this, remove R56 + C24 and/or R57 + C27 from the printboard.

    Why do the seawater pumps run immediately after powering up my Webasto controller?

      If the seawater pump(s) run directly after powering up the controller, it could be because the wiring for pump 1 (seawater) is mixed up with the wiring for pump 2 (chilled water). Check the wiring to ensure it is correct.

      A high-pressure cut-out in compressor 1 could be due to a defective pressure sensor or an open/short circuit. Check the sensor and wiring, and replace the sensor on the Schrader valve if needed. In cooling mode, it might be caused by insufficient seawater cooling or a defective circulation pump, or a blocked seawater strainer that is not primed, so check the discharge water volume (V= 8 l/min, or > 30,000 BTU V= 18 l/min) and clean the strainer and bleed the seawater circuit. In heating mode, it could be due to insufficient evaporator water flow (Premium) or air flow (Classic), or an air lock in the chilled water circuit (Premium) or a broken circulation pump, so check the water or air flow, ensuring a ?T evaporator in/out minimum of 4K, and bleed the chilled water system or check the pump...
