8.4 Cup raising grilles
When using cups of di erent heights, you can use
the special concealed grilles (9) which the machine
is equipped with.
To use the pull-out grille, extract it from its seat
by pulling it outwards until it is fully blocked in
position.
When  nished using the grille, push it towards
the machine until it disappears completely into its
seat.
8.3 Dispensing light and illuminated sides
To activate and deactivate the
illumination of the dispensing com-
partments and of the sides of the
machine, press the () key of the
browser repeatedly.
The lights will switch on sequen-
tially, depending on the number of
presses performed on the key.
The table below , shows the cor-
respondence between the number
of presses and the switching on of the lights.

8 Preliminary operations
8.1 Changing the water
In case of breaks longer than 1 week, it is neces-
sary to perform the changing of the 100% of the
water contained in the hydraulic circuits of the
machine, by using the appropriate dispensing
points, as described in the Paragraph 5.4 "Installa-
tion report".
8.2 Cup heater
Place the cups to be heated on
the appropriate surface (1).
To turn on the cup heater, press
the () navigator key; an asterisk
will appear on the  rst line of the
display to the far right of the dis-
play, indicating that the cup heater
is ON.
To turn it o , press the () navi-
gator key again, the asterisk will
disappear.
To change the temperature of
the cup heater, proceed as de-
scribed in chapter 13.4.

For safety reasons, it is advisable not to place
cloths or other objects on the cup heater sur-
face (1).

If the cup heater is set to a temperature lower
than 70 °C in the adjustment menu, it will re-
main o , even if switched to ON ( * symbol on
the display).
