Troubleshooting
Before you report a fault, check the following solutions.
Problem Possible solution
The device does not start.
• Check that the power cord is connected correctly.
• Check the control panel for an error.
• Check that the „FULL” LED is not flashing
empty the condensate tank (see page 15).
The air conditioner does not
cool/heat.
• Check that the air exhaust hose
correctly and led outside the room.
• Make sure that the air exhaust hose is connected
correctly and tightly.
• Change the air conditioner's temperature setting to
lower in cooling mode and higher in heating mode.
• After starting or changing the

The unit runs louder than usual.
