Troubleshooting connection issues
Before you report a fault, check the following solutions.
Problem Possible solutions
Searching for a device during
the first connection failed.
• Turn the unit off, unplug it, wait a moment, and plug
it back in.
• After restarting the air conditioner,
„SPEED” button
for 5 seconds until the WiFi icon
starts flashing.
• Make sure
your air conditioner is near your WiFi
router.
• Check that the password you entered for the WiFi
network is correct.
• Uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone.
• Reset your WiFi router.
Cloud device registration failed.
• Check that your WiFi network has an active internet
connection.
• Reset your WiFi router.
Initialization of your device
failed.
• Check that the device is properly connected to the
power supply.
• Check that your WiFi network has an active internet
connection.
• Reset your WiFi router.
The device is offline.

Check that the WiFi network to which the air
conditioner is connected has an active internet
connection.
• Check that the device is properly connected to the
power supply.
If the problem is not resolved, contact your device dealer.
