Alternator Light: The light illuminates when the alternator is not producing enough electric-
ity.
System Temperature Light:
The light illuminates when the hot water output has reached 280
degrees or the fresh water in the tank has reached 140 degrees.
Bypass Mode Light:
When the electric bypass solenoid activates to maintain desired operating
temperature the light illuminates.
Engine Temperature Light:
The light illuminates when the engine has overheated.
Oil Pressure Light:
This light will illuminate when there is not adequate oil pressure in the en-
gine.
Pump Power Switch: This switch is used to turn the power to the pump clutch on and off.
Operation Mode Switch:
This switch is used to change between normal operation and water
recovery (no hot water or pump).
Engine Kill Override Button:
This button is used to momentarily disable all safety sensors on
the machine to isolate problems when the machine will not start. Not to be used as a normal
means of starting the engine.
Hot Water Bypass Valve:
This valve is used to get cooler water in the pump output for water
extraction or pressure washing.
Solenoid Valve:
This is used to maintain the system temperature by purging excess hot water
back into the water tank. Remove and clean the screen regularly.
