9.9.1 Bed Ends Latera Thema
You can adjust the calf rest mechanically. A special locking mechanism allows the position to be adjusted.
To remove the bed ends:

 Hold the bed end on the bar and pull it up and out of the plastic elements on the side columns.
To insert the bed ends:

 Insert the bed end in the plastic elements on the side columns.
