Problem Rectifi cation measure
It is diffi cult to remove
the brewing unit and
reinsert it.
> Apply WMF grease from the accessories to the O-ring on the brewing
unit (see Chapter 4.4.2).
The brewing unit cannot
be removed or reinserted
> Adjust the brewing unit with the Multitool as you are inserting it until
you can insert the brewing unit.
> Remove the residue of coffee grounds inside the brewer.

There is a noticeable
large amount of coarse
ground coffee inside the
brewer
> Set the degree of grinding to be fi ner by one point (see Chapter 3.5).
Is the metal spring ring in the brewer stamp missing?
> Remove the brewing unit (5a).
> Use the Multitool (5c) to turn the brewer (5b) clockwise all the way
upwards.
The brewer stamp (5d) on the bottom of the brewer is now visible.
> Insert the metal ring (5e).
