4.4 Descaling
Descaling can be performed only by a technician using the display-guided descaling routine and the descaling adapter (behind the left-hand door) and a silicon hose.
A separate descaling container (capacity 5 liters) is also required and must be placed next to the machine.
The dosage is identical to the WMF 1500 S+ (2 bottles of descaler to 3 bottles of water).
Important notes:
In order to prevent intake problems, the descaling container must be placed next to the machine
Order a silicon hose for descaling 00 0048 0064 (8x2 1.5 meter).
Technician descaling:
Technician descaling is started from the menu Service > Service routines > Descaling.
This is a short descaling cycle due to the higher descaling temperature.
