Wolf e Series - Thermal Cutout (Tco) Removal

Install the Cooling Fan
1 Connect the wire harnesses to the cooling fan. Double
check the HES wire harness connection.
2 Place the cooling fan onto the unit.
3 Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the cooling fan mounting
screw(s).
THERMAL CUTOUT (TCO) REMOVAL
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source
before starting this procedure.
To remove the TCO, first uninstall the unit , then remove:

Upper back cover
2 Cooling fan
Remove the Thermal Cutout (TCO)
1 Use a

" combination wrench to remove the thermal limiter
bracket mounting screws.
2 Remove the wire connectors from the TCO.
3 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the TCO mounting screws
from the thermal limiter bracket.

Remove the TCO from the unit.
THERMAL CUTOUT (TCO) INSTALLATION
After installing the TCO, install:

Cooling fan
2 Upper back cover
Then install the unit .
Install the Thermal Cutout (TCO)
1 Place the TCO onto the thermal limiter bracket.
2 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the TCO mounting screws into
the thermal limiter bracket.
3 Install the wire connectors onto the TCO.
4 Use a

" combination wrench to install the screws into the
thermal limiter bracket.
