Wolf e Series - Gasket Installation; Broil Element Removal

4 Remove the cover collar from the unit.
COVER COLLAR INSTALLATION
After installing the cover collar, install:

Upper air inlet cover on single oven or upper oven of double
oven; middle air inlet cover for lower oven of double oven

Oven door
Install the Cover Collar
1 Thread the lower part of the cover collar over the hinges
and behind the middle vent channel.
2 Push the top of the cover collar back.
3 Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws.
GASKET REMOVAL
To remove the gasket, first remove:
1
Oven door
2 Upper air inlet cover on single oven or upper oven of double
oven;
middle air inlet cover for lower oven of double oven
3 Cover collar
Remove the Gasket
1 Use a T-15 Torx bit to loosen or remove the gasket clip
mounting screws.
2 Remove the gasket from the gasket clips.

Remove the gasket from the unit.
GASKET INSTALLATION
After installing the gasket, install:
1
Cover collar
2 Upper air inlet cover on single oven or upper oven of double
oven;
middle air inlet cover for lower oven of double oven
3 Oven door
Install the Gasket
1 Use a T-15 Torx bit to loosely install the gasket clips.
2 Insert the gasket beneath the gasket clips.
3 Use a T-15 Torx bit to tighten the screws of the gasket clips.
BROIL ELEMENT REMOVAL
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source
before starting this procedure.
To remove the broil element, first remove:
1 Oven door
Remove the Broil Element
1 Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the mounting screw from the
broil element.
2 Pull the broil element down, while moving it toward the back
of the cavity.
3 Use needle-nose pliers to disconnect the wire connectors
from the broil element terminals.
