If the clearances are less than those stated
for options '3' & '4' (above) then ventilation
must be provided as described in BS 5440.

6: BATHROOMS:
IMPORTANT:
Any switch or appliance control using mains
electricity must not be within reach of a
person using the bath or shower.
Electrical switches, fused spurs and socket
outlets must not be situated in the bathroom.
This boiler is IP X4 rated and can be installed
in zone 2, however where possible positions
outside zone 2 should be sought.
Additional RCD (Residual Current Device)
protection may be required.
Refer to the latest IEE wiring regulations.
