Weight of C410 controller: E-Box 23 kg (50 lbs), P-Box 13 kg (28.6 lbs)
Complete system visual inspection for damage or potential risk to the operator,
surrounding personal, or equipment on a semi-annual basis
Annual Safety Inspection
o Conduct a vacuum system leak assessment
o Replace the air filter between the XCell
TM
ATF System and the Controller
o Inspect air and vacuum connections to the controller
o Inspect that all components inside of the controller are secured and intact
o Inspect enclosure for damage, locks and hinges for performance,
o Inspect the XCell
TM
ATF system housing components, especially the internal and
sealing surfaces for damage, rust, cracks, scoring
o Perform a pressure hold test of the XCell
TM
ATF System
Handling Instructions
Transportation: The XCell
TM
ATF controller E-Box weighs 23 kg (50 lbs) and the P-Box
weighs 13 kg (29 lbs). Care should be taken when lifting and transporting and use of
a cart is recommended
Voltage: Hazardous voltage inside, disconnect power before opening
