Setting the Held Job Timeout
When the Held Job Timeout expires, jobs shown in the Active Jobs tab are deleted.
1. At the control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Select System Setup.
3. If a login prompt appears, to enter the system administrator password, use the alphanumeric
keypad.
4. Select Machine Setup→Held Job Timeout→Enable.
5. To enter the amount of time that the printer waits before deleting the active jobs, use the arrow
buttons or the alphanumeric keypad. After each entry, press the OK button.
