To select the default paper tray for copy jobs:
1. At the control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Select System Setup.
3. If a login prompt appears, to enter the system administrator password, use the alphanumeric
keypad.
4. Select Paper Setup→Paper Select→Copy Tray.
5. Select a paper tray option, then press the OK button.
Note: Auto does not appear as an option when the Auto Tray Switch policy is set to Off.

To set the Reduce/Enlarge presets:
1. At the control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Select Copy Defaults.
3. If a login prompt appears, to enter the system administrator password, use the alphanumeric
keypad.
4. Select Reduce/Enlarge.
5. Select a preset, then press the OK button.
