4. To remove any jammed paper, grasp the paper and gently pull it up and out in the direction as
indicated.
5. Confirm that all paper fragments are removed.
6. Lower the paper guide, then push the paper guide back to its original position until it snaps in place.
7. Close front door A.
8. If you did not locate the jam, check exit door B.
9. If the control panel continues to indicate a paper jam, check for paper jams in the remaining trays.
