4. Check for any jammed paper that hangs down from the top of the tray slot.
Note: Do not pull paper from the tray slot.
5. To remove jammed paper that hangs from the tray slot, do the following.
a. To open front door A, on the front of the printer, pull up the latch.
b. Pull the jammed paper out of the printer slowly. Confirm that all paper fragments are removed.
