3. Insert up to 10 envelopes in the tray, align the stack, then adjust the guides until they are touching
the edges of the stack.
− Load side flap envelopes with the flaps closed, facing up, and aligned to the right of the tray.
− Load end flap envelopes with the flaps closed, flaps up, and flaps on the leading edge, going
into the printer.
4. Verify that the paper is the correct size, type, and weight. If not, change the paper settings.
Note: Before you print your job, ensure that you select Envelope for paper type and select the
envelope size in the print driver.
