Colors Align Incorrectly
Problem
Printed items appear to be blurry, hazy, or have halos.
Solution
To prevent printed items from appearing blurry, hazy, or with halos:
■ Verify that the printer is on a solid, level, flat surface.
■ On the control panel, print the Color Registration page:
a. Select
Troubleshooting, and then press the OK button.
b. Select
Print Quality Problems, and then press the OK button.
c. Select
Color Registration, and then press the OK button.
