After that, push up the latch on the front of the printer to open Front Door A, and remove any jammed paper. Finally, close Front Door A.

      To fix a jam at the fuser, follow these steps: First, press the button on the right side of the printer to open Front Door B. Next, pull up the two green levers at both ends of the fuser. Then, remove the jammed paper. After removing the paper, completely push down the two green levers at both ends of the fuser. Finally, close Front Door B.
