Jam at Duplex: Jam D
The Duplex Jam Sensor indicates that paper did not reach the sensor on time or that
paper remains in the Chute Assembly Out.
Applicable Status Code:
Code 153: Jam at Duplex
Initial Actions:
■ Check for obstructions or debris in the Chute Assembly Out or paper path.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
