The engine detected a low-density image condition.

Code 77: Low Density Failure
Initial Actions:
â– Ensure the Transfer Roller and surrounding area is free of waste toner.
â– Clean the CTD (ADC) Sensor.
â– Cycle the printer's power.
â– If the problem persists follow the procedure below.

Is P/J136 connected to the harness?
Go to Step 4. Reseat the
connector to the
sensor.

Does the error persist?

Check all pins on the FSR/ADC Harness
PL5.2.28 for continuity.
1. Disconnect P/J36 and P/J136
2. Check continuity between J36 <=> J136
