Duplex and Exit Area Jams
1. Open the rear cover of the machine.
2. Press down and pull out the green latches (and
attached baffle) on either side of opening.
Remove any paper you see, working slowly so
that you don’t tear any pieces or damage
machine parts.
3. After removing the paper you see, pull the
baffle up until the latches click into place.
4. Close the rear cover. Printing will resume
automatically.
