Printing the Configuration Report
The Configuration Report prints each time the printer is turned on.
To print the configuration report:
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. On the Machine Information tab, touch Information Pages > Configuration Report > Print.
3. After the report prints, touch Close.
To disable printing the configuration report at power on:
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Touch the Tools tab, then touch Device Settings > Configuration/Information Pages.
3. For Print Configuration at Power On, touch No.
4. Touch OK.
Viewing Billing and Usage Information
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. To view basic impression counts, touch the Billing Information tab.
− Black Impressions: Total number of pages that printed with no color specified.
− Total Impressions: Total number of all impressions.
Note: A page is one side of a sheet of paper. If a job prints as 2-sided, each side counts as an
impression.
3. To view detailed usage information, touch Usage Counters.
Viewing Printer Supply Status
1. At the control panel, press Machine Status, then touch the Supplies tab.
2. To view additional details for an item, Touch the item.
3. To return to the Supplies tab, touch Close.
4. To return to the main screen, touch Services Home.
Locating the Serial Number on the Control Panel
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. To see the model, serial number, and software version, touch the Machine Information tab.
