Issue Possible Cause and Solution
1. Pull out the side brush upwards.
2. Press brush cover clips to remove the brush cover, take out the brush, and pull
out the brush bearing.
3. Use the cleaning brush to clean the side brush and brush.
4. Aer cleaning, reinstall the brush bearing, brush, brush cover, and side brush
in order.
