Preparation before
starting the
measurement
1 Carry out the preparatory activities
(see section 5.1.1 P
REPARING THE MEASUREMENT):
 Keep ready the instruments and accessories required
 Determining the sample volume
 Preparing the samples
2 Switch on the meter with <On/Off>.
3 If necessary, use <M_> to switch to operation with the OxiTop
®
-IDS
measuring heads.
The OxiTop set management (overview of the sets started) is dis-
played.
During the initial commissioning the list OxiTop set management is
empty.
The display shows No data available!.
4 In the OxiTop set management, use <F1>/[New] to create a new set of
samples.
The Set menu opens.
5 Adjust the temperature of the solutions and measure the current tem-
perature if the measurement is made without a temperature sensor.
