If your Yamaha Amplifier produces no sound, consider these possible causes: * The sound may be muted. Press the MUTE button on the remote control or rotate the VOLUME control. * Incorrect cable connections. Ensure that the stereo cable for audio units and the speaker wires are connected properly. If the problem continues, the cables may be defective. * Playback has been stopped on the connected component. Turn the component on and start playback. * No appropriate input source has been selected. Select an appropriate input source with the INPUT selector on the front panel or one of the INPUT selector buttons on the remote control. * The SPEAKERS selector is not set properly. Set the corresponding SPEAKERS selector to A, B or A+B position.
