Make sure that the high ten-
sion cord is not pinched when
installing the flywheel cover.

Adjust the TCI unit air gap
between 0.4–0.6 mm (0.0157–
0.0236 in) on both sides.
C
Pass the TCI unit lead through
the hole in the crankcase.
