8 Oil lock pice 2
8 Damper rod 3
8 Rebound spring 4
3. Remove:
8 Oil seal 1
New

Never reuse the oil seal.

FRONT FORK INSPECTION
1. Inspect:
8 Inner tube bending
Inner tube bending limit:
0.2 mm(0.008 in)
Scratches/bends/damage→Replace.

Do not attempt to straighten a bent inner tube
as this may dangerously weaken the tube.

FRONT FORK ASSEMBLY
Reverse the “ DISASSEMBLY” procedure.
Note the following points.
1. Install:
8 Damper rod 1
8 Rebound spring 2
8 Oil lock piece 3
8 Inner tube 4
