On tractormodelssoequipped,a mulchplugcan either
be foundwithinthe cuttingdeck'sdischargeopeningor
packedseparatelywithyour unit.
NOTE:Referto Mulching on page19for moredetailed
information.
Ifyou'dpreferto operatethe cuttingdeckwithoutmulch-
ing,simplyremovethemulchplugbyunthreadingthe
plasticwingnutwhichfastensit to the cuttingdeck.This
willallowtheclippingstodischargeoutofthedischarge
openingduringoperation.SeeFigure7.
