plete Error
The servo is not ON.
There was a positioning request or other
move reference request in servo OFF sta-
tus.
The servo went OFF during program table
operation.
(Program table operation will be interrupted
while just the step that was being executed
is canceled (If LOOP ≠ 1, the first LOOP is
canceled.))
