below +20 V, it indicates possible trouble.
Solution
Reset the emergency stop
button. Release it from
machine end LS according
to instruction manual
prepared by machine tool
manufacturer.
Replace FC230B or
FC260,
Contact your YASKAWA
representative.
Replace
CPS-12N or
CPS-16F (power supply
unit).
