Checking Functions After Replacement
(a)
Check that+ 5V,
+
12V, and + 24V outputs are not
shorted due to overloading.
(b) Apply the first power and second power again and
check that no alarm occurs.

(FILE: optional) boards are
provided with CMOS RAM (programs, parameters and
offset data) and with backup by super capacitor.
Therefore,
installation must be completed within
16 hours after removal of the boards.
