You can use the call completion feature to notify the caller of a failed call when the
callee becomes available to receive a call.
To configure call completion via phone user interface:
1. Press .
2. Select Features->Call Completion.
3. Press or to select Enable from the Call Completion field.
4. Press to accept the change.
You can also configure call completion via web user interface at the path
Phone->Features->General Information>>.
To use call completion:
When the called party is busy, the following prompt will appear on the LCD screen of the
phone:
1. Press . The phone returns to the idle screen and call completion is activated.
2. When the called party becomes idle, the following prompt appears on the LCD
screen of the phone:
3. Press to redial the number.

The call completion feature is not available on all servers. For more information, contact
your system administrator.
