Block Out Configuration
The following table lists the parameters you can use to configure block out.

Description
It configures the block out numbers.
Example:
dialplan.block_out.number.1 = 4321
When you dial the number “4321” on your phone, the dialing will fail and the LCD
screen will prompt "Forbidden Number".
Note: It works only if the values of the parameters “dialplan.digitmap.enable” and
“account.X.dialplan.digitmap.enable” are set to 0 (Disabled).

Description
It configures the desired line to apply the block out rule. The digit 0 stands for all lines.
If it is left blank, the block out rule will apply to all lines on the IP phone.
Note: Multiple line IDs are separated by commas. It works only if the values of the
parameters “dialplan.digitmap.enable” and “account.X.dialplan.digitmap.enable” are
set to 0 (Disabled). It is not applicable to T19(P) E2 IP phones.
