Subscription-State header of the BLA NOTIFY message.
Note: It works only if “account.X.shared_line” is set to 3 (Draft BLA). For teltronnic BLA,
you need to set the value of this parameter to 0 (Disabled). It is not applicable to
T19(P) E2 IP phones.

1-Enabled, the IP phone can only recognize the NOTIFY message whose host field is
the same as the one in the SUBSCRIBE message.

Description
It configures the constitution of the URI for BLA subscription.
Note: It works only if “account.X.shared_line” is set to 3 (Draft BLA). For teltronnic BLA,
