General Handling Precautions
Take Proper Care When Carrying the Instrument
Hold the instrument by the handles on the sides of the case. The instrument weighs approximately
22 kg. Take precautions against injuries when carrying it. Also, always turn the power switch OFF,
remove the power cable, and confirm that no other cables are connected before carrying the
instrument.
Do Not Place Anything on Top of the Instrument
Never stack instruments or place any other objects on top of the instrument, especially those
containing water. Doing so can lead to malfunction.
Clean the Instrument Properly
When removing dirt from the case or the operation panel, disconnect the power to the circuits
under test and the instrument, remove the instrument’s power cord from the power outlet, then wipe
gently with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use volatile chemicals since this might cause discoloring and
deformation.
