  If the pump in your Zenit Lifting Systems operates but the flow rate is insufficient or nonexistent, there could be a couple of reasons. One possibility is that the pump isn't primed. In this case, it's best to contact a specialized technician to prime the pump. Another reason might be that the impeller is rotating in the wrong direction. To fix this, check the impeller's rotation direction, following the instructions in the pump manual.
