Troubleshooting
If your Zoom Wireless-G
PCI Card
is not working properly, try
each of the following steps until you get it to work.

Turn your computer off and check to be sure that the PCI
Card is not physically damaged and that it is securely
inserted in one of your computer’s PCI slots.

Turn the computer on, and then check to see if the PCI Card
is working:

Is the LED on?
•
Does the PCI Card appear in the
Device Manager
window? (On the Windows desktop, right-click

Computer
, select
Properties
→
Device Manager
→
Network Adapters
and make sure the Zoom Wireless-G
PCI Card is displayed.)
( This alert icon appears next to devices that are not
responding or that are not installed properly.)
