Routerswithinasitecanonlyforwardpacketswithinthe
siteinsteadofforwardingthemoutsideofthesite.The
10-bitprexofasite-localaddressisimmediatelyfollowed
byasuccessionofzeros,whichisslightlydifferentfrom
thatofalink-localaddress.Thesubnetidentierofasite-
localaddressis16-bit,anditsinterfaceidentierisstillthe
64-bitIEEE-basedaddress.
