tionpacketareexpandedto24bits.
�Theauthenticationandauthenticationtypeeldsare
deletedfromtheOSPFheader .
�TheHellopacketdoesnotcontaintheaddresssemanteme
butcontainsaninterfaceIDusedbyroutertoidentifythe
link.IftherouterbecomestheDRinthelink,theinterface
IDwillbethelinkstateIDofthenetworkLSA.
�ToprocesstherouterLSAduringtheSPFcalculation,the
twooptionsbitsofRandV6areaddedtotheoptionselds.
