9.9 MESH
Use this screen to enable or disable MPro Mesh for MPro Mesh-supported devices. MPro Mesh is the Zyxel
implantation of WiFi-Alliance Easy Mesh. It supports AP steering, band steering, auto-configuration and
other advances for your wireless network.
To set up an MPro Mesh network, you need a router or an AP that can function as a controller. A
controller manages and coordinates WiFi activity in a network.
A controller also manages the SSIDs and passwords on all APs in a network (auto-configuration). For
example, if you change the SSID on the controller, all the SSIDs of APs in a network will also change.
