4.1.2 How to configure MSTP on the switch?
Overview
Multiple spanning-tree (MSTP), allows frames assigned to different VLANs to follow
separate paths & provides multiple forwarding paths for data traffic and enables
load balancing.
Topology:
Note: In the scenario both switches are configured with MSTP, configured with the
same region & revision number. VLAN 1is mapped to instance 1. The port 1 is been
configured to be the primary link & port 2 is the secondary link (blocked port).
1. Select multiple spanning tree then click Apply to save configuration.
